Zoya Magical Pixie Dust Collection Swatch and Review

*Press Sample* Hello and Happy Hump Day Friends! I've been away for a short break, my health has kind of been kicking me down lately but I'm not letting it stop me! I received the Zoya Magical Pixie Dust collection today, and couldn't wait to put them on! Let's get started shall we?

The Magical Pixie Dust Collection consists of three beautiful textured polishes packed with holographic glitter in three shades. I really hope that they deepen this line of polishes because HOLY MOLY, they are gorgeous.

The first polish I have to show you is Cosmo. This is described as "a silver crystal sparkle, textured PixieDust with mega hex iridescent particles."

I practically fainted putting these on today. This is a beautiful silver, with chunks of hex glitters making this unlike anything I have ever seen before.

This is two coats of Cosmo with only base coat underneath.

Next up in the collection we have, Lux.

Lux is described as "a rose quartz sparkle textured PixieDust with mega hex iridescent particles."

Again, Lux is unlike anything I've ever put on my nails.

This is two coats, with only topcoat underneath.

Lastly in the collection, we have Vega.

Vega is described as "blue opal sparkle, textured PixieDust with Mega Hex Iridescent Particles."

Vega comes out a little darker on the nail then it looks in the bottle.

Again, two easy coats with only base coat underneath.

When I first looked at these I thought that application was going to be a nightmare, with glitters packed into the base of different sizes and textures, there was bound to be something up with the formula right? WRONG. I was SO impressed with the formula of these, two EASY coats. Vega if I had been careful I would have been able to get a one coater.

Wearing these polishes made me have this feeling in my stomach, kind of like a first crush type of thing.

If there is anything making you doubt buying these, don't let it fool you. These are absolutely stunning in the bottle, on the nail, even when you run your finger over the nail after it's dried. Perfection is one thing Zoya is known for and they didn't fail me this time.

You can purchase the Zoya polishes here.

Which is your favorite from the collection? Will you be purchasing?

Until Next Time!

Nicole By OPI- I Lilac Gumdrops

Hello and Happy Afternoon my beautiful friends! Today has been a long and stressful day, I took my oldest to his first day of preschool and I have to say, It was so bittersweet watching him walk with his classmates into his room while I was shedding plenty of tears. How was your weekend and MLK Day? I hope it was a great one!

Today I have for you Nicole By OPI- I Lilac Gumdrops, part of Nicole by OPI's textured collection. I've been in one of those moods where I want everything textured, especially if it has glitter particles in it!

I Lilac Gumdrops is just what it says, a gorgeous matte lilac texture with smaller lilac glitters hidden inside of it. I was really surprised by the formula of these as well. Very smooth and didn't goop like some of my other texture polishes. Another thing I really love if this is FULL texture, you know, the ones that say they are textured and have a few sand like particles. THANK YOU NICOLE BY OPI! I am loving this and can't wait to try out the others that I picked up from this collection.

This is two easy smooth coats with no topcoat. With these I do double up on the base coat just for easier removal. The best way I have found to remove texture polishes is to soak a cotton pad, hold it on the nail for about 10 seconds and swipe it down in one swipe. If you go back and forth there will be glitter madness everywhere!

Do you own any of the Gumdrop collection? Which is your favorite?

If you haven't already don't forget to enter my giveaway here! It ends January 31st and there are two winners to win an entire Color Club Holo Collection!

Until Next Time!

Barry M- Textures!

Hello my sweets, wow and Happy Friday!! What a week this has been, I'm finally starting to feel better, so it's time for some good stuff! Today I have two of the new Barry M texture polishes to share with you and WOW, do I love them. I am really loving the texture polish craze, I think it gives a whole new look to polish, without being overdone. I now have Barry M, Zoya's Pixiedust and Milani textures! I can't seem to have enough.

First up, I have Kingsland Road, a super sweet creamy pink.

What I really love about Barry M's textures is that they don't have the "sandy" feel that the Pixiedust or LiquidSand does, it's more of a soft texture, I described it to my co-worker as "sugarcoated polish" I thought it was very fitting;)

I used three coats here, I could have easily gotten away with two!

Next up, is Ridley Road, a soft seafoam green.

Oh how I love this color, but it did NOT play well with my skin tone, I've never had a polish make my skin look so lobstery before! But I won't let that stop me from wearing this!!

Again, three coats but could have gotten away with two!

These are my first Barry M polishes and WOW I am impressed! I'll definitely be picking up more of these! Do you have any of their new texture line? I purchased mine from Ninja Polish and I really love their customer service, fast shipping, and their website!

Which is your favorite textured line that has come out? There is so many to count, but I don't doubt that I won't have one of at least each line!

Until Next Time!
