Adventures In Stamping- Spring Flowers

Good Morning my loves and Happy Sunday! Did you notice the blog makeover? I hope you enjoy it, it's still a work in progress but I'm trying! I haven't done a challenge in Adventures in Stamping in quit some time so why not start back up today! As soon as I saw the theme I knew how I wanted to approach it, I just wasn't sure what stamp to use. So off to my plate pile I went.

I started with a base of Sinful Colors- White on White and sponged on colors from the China Glaze Avent Garden Collection- Pink-ie Promise, Fade Into Hue, and Keep Calm, Paint On and also Lemon Fizz. I love how this came out, to me it looks like watercolors. I then Stamped with the original Bundle Monster Plate BM12 in white with Sinful Colors White on White.

To add a little bit more to it I added small pearls to some of the flowers. I got the pearls from bornprettystore, I love that they add a delicate touch to most anything.

I'm really loving gradients lately. This one I painted the polish into "squares" on the sponge. If anyone would like a tutorial I'de be happy to make it! What do you think of my Spring Flowers? I already can't wait to see what everyone else's looks like.

Until Next Time!

Butterflies for Spring Time

Hello & Happy Friday! Wow did this week go by fast again. Today I have for you some more nail art I did, I've been in a nail art mood and I'm really liking this groove. I was in a funk and only did swatches for a while but now I'm back! So here we go!

I started of with a gradient using Sinful Colors- Sugar Rush as a base. Then I used the makeup sponge methd and did a gradient with China Glaze- Grape Pop and Fancy Pants, I followed that with Seche Vite.

After the gradient dried I stamped over it with the butterfly image from BM-307 and Sinful Colors- Snow Me White, then topped again with Seche Vite.

I really love the way these came out, I plan on wearing these for a while! What do you think? Are you liking my nail art kick?

Don't forget 150 likes on facebook gets us a giveaway! I showed a sneakpeek of what the giveaway has in store on instagram;)

Until Next Time!

Sugar Skull Nail Art

Hello my sweets and Happy Humpday! Last night I was a little down in the dumps, so I decided to do a little nail art. And what I ended up with is something that I am REALLY proud of and I hope you enjoy it as well.

Not to toot my own horn or anything but how awesome are these? I didn't think they were going to come out as well as they did. I started out with a base of Sinful Colors- Snow Me White an on my ring finger I used Sinful Colors- Black on Black. I used fimo flower slices from bornprettystore and the studs on the roses and the noses I used heart rhinestones, also from born pretty store. For the mouth, and artwork above the eyes I used black acrylic paint and a small detail brush.

Sugar Skulls are really in right now, and I LOVE them. I have artwork going above my polish area of three seperate sugar skull girls. I will have photo's posted of my area as well as a "tour" of it once everything is organized:)

What do you think of my Sugar Skulls? I think I'll be trying one on my toes at some point:) You can find the items I used for this on bornprettystore and you can use code BUL91 to get 10% off of your purchase, plus free shipping!

Until Next Time!

Yo, Where My Peeps At?!

Good Morning Loveilies and Happy Tuesday! I hope you all are doing well, and I just want to take the time to all my followers, new and forever ones<

Today I have for you one of KBShimmers new spring collection polishes, Where My Peeps At?

I have been a long time fan of KBShimmer, I actually remember the first time I bought my first polishes, was June 18th of last year, because she had restocked on my birthday:) Christy is so amazing, and every polish she has is worth every single penny spent on them.

Where My Peeps At is a yellow based polish with loads of pastel colored circle glitters and matching micro glitter. This truly is a beautiful mix of colors, and really reminds me of spring and Easter which is just around the corner.

I have layered two coats of Where My Peeps At over 2 coats of Sinful Colors- Unicorn. Unicorn is the perfect undies for this polish, enough to make the yellow base pop, without overtaking it beautiful color.

See all those circle glitters? I love me some circles! I did pick up all but two of the spring collection and I definitely need to get the rest put into my stash!

Christy doesn't just make nailpolish either, while I was picking up my collection, I also grabbed a Vanilla Whipped Shea butter which smells DIVINE! I plan on grabbing some bath bombs as well.

You can find KBShimmer on their site here, she doesn't ship internationally. However, Harlow&Co also carries KBShimmer and they do ship internationally! Win, win!

What do you think of Where My Peeps At? Did you pick up any of the spring collection, or have you picked up older collections?

Until Next Time!

My first galaxy

Hello my lovely readers and hello new faces! I'm so glad you have enjoyed what I've had to show so far and I'm hoping you like this one too! I did this a week or so ago because a couple of girls at work had been asking(pestering is more like it haha) to try out the galaxy nail. They always find new things and ask me to try it out so this is what I came up with!

I used a mix of colors to come up with this and although its not very "galaxy" I lovedddd the way this came out. Some of the polishes I used were Sally Hansen bubble gum pink & mellow yellow, Sinful Colors Snow me white & black on black, China glaze fairy dust and for the life of me I can't think of the pure ice or essence that I used. I started with a coat(that's right! One coat!) Of black on black and then sponged the other colors in random spots. I then used my dotting tool to add the "stars" with snow me white and topped it off with fairy dust and a thick coat of seche vite!

The girls were more than impressed and asked me to do this on their nails as well! I hope you enjoy and until next time!
