A Polish Addict Swatches & Review

Good Morning My Lovelies! Today is a so-so day for me, but again, with the wonderful words from my polish sistas I am trying to be strong. This group of ladies has really given me a "virtual" shoulder to cry on when I need it. Well, enough sob and on to what you came for! I was going to wait till launch day to show you these but I just couldn't keep all the goodness to myself!

First up, we have Glitz N Glammer. Yup, that's right! Laura created a polish and named it after my blog!! When she asked me if she could I jumped at the oppertunity! I will forever cherish this polish.

Glitz N Glammer is a really light pink shimmer base FULL of, gosh I can't even name all the colors of glitters that are in this. There are pastel, neon, metallic all in hex and bar glitters along with micro glitters to boot! Also, to add to the mix of fun, a butterfly came out on the brush that I had NO idea was there, he was hiding ;) AH it is so beautiful and it SCREAMS me too which is the best part.

I used 3 very thin coats of Glitz N Glammer topped with a coat of Seche Vite. I couldn't stop looking at my nails, the pearlescent shimmer base is to die for.

The other thing I really love about Laura's bottles are the labels, she has unique labels, they have a print along with her shop name and her name, with small round stickers at the bottom for the polish name.

LOOK AT ITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT. I die, I swear, I die. I'm asstounded. The quality of her polishes is remarkable, the formula is always easy to work with, and get this, No. Thinner. Needed. Now that makes Sammi a happy indie lover!

This is Dream-Cicle. I could have DIED when I opened my package, when Laura showed sneak peek photos of this on Instagram I told her I would die if I didn't have it, and there it was in my package. <3

Dream-Cicle is a bright orange crelly base with LOADS of different shapes of glitters in all shades of colors as well! One thing Laura knows well is her glitter combinations. She doin' it and doin' it and doin' it well. Sorry small ramble there.

Again, I used 3 very thin coats for my swatches topped with Seche Vite.

You can find Laura at her shop here and also keep up to date with restocks on her facebook as well.

Laura will be stocking both of these shades along with a few others on Saturday March 23rd. ALSOOOOOO, she will be stocking her NEW CUTICLE LOTION STICKS AND CUTICLE CREAM. Yes, I had to yell, I am really excited for these and if I wasn't broke at the moment I would buy ALL OF THEM! (end vent)

What do you think Glitz N Glammer & Dream-Cicle? Do you have a favorite?

Until Next Time!

Sunrise.. or sunset?

Good Morning my sweets! Today I have for you a really quick post. I did this gradient on my nails a couple of days ago and I got so many compliments that I thought I'de share.

For the gradient I used all China Glaze, base is Lemon Fizz, the gradient I used Snap My Dragon, and Mimosas Before Manis. I ordered the entire Advent collection, would anyone like to see swatches of any specific color? A couple of people told me this looked like a sunset/sunrise:)

On top of the gradient I used two coats of Northern Lights Top Coat. LOVE that stuff!

What do you think of my gradients? I'de love to see your gradients!

Until Next Time!

Polish Addict- 80's Baby

Hello & Happy Sunday! The weekend went by far too quickly. Anybody do anything fun? I spent time with the boys and that is good enough for me<3 Today I am going to be showing you a pretty amazing polish made by my friend Laura at Polish Addict.

80's baby is an insanely packed glitter topper full of "matte neon glitters in various shapes and sizes"

This had a GREAT formula, I was so impressed, I had to do no digging or fishing for glitters and had smooth coats unlike a lot of other glitter tops I've used.

Laura is such a sweetheart, and I've had great joy in getting to know her and I just recently purchased lots of goodies from her shop, including some FAB smelling cuticle oil, cucumber melon is the bomb.com.

I layered two coats of 80's baby over two coats of China Glaze- Egniting Love. PERFECT match for eachother. The orange neon in EL didn't let the orange glitters in 80's baby a chance to play, but they were definitely there in full!

I just spoke with Laura a couple of days ago and she has something really awesome coming to her shop that I am really excited for! So make sure to keep in touch with her on facebook along with her IG @polish_addict_34 and also my facebook and IG @glitznglammerxx to keep updated on what's coming!

Make sure to check out Laura's shop as well, she just listed some of her spring collection and NEW CUTICLE OILS:)

Until Next Time!

We stamp on sundays: leafy:)

Hello and happy Sunday! I hope everyone has had a restful weekend! Tomorrow will start my weekend as I have worked 7 days in a row, can't wait for tomorrow! Today I have something exciting, my first time participating in the Sunday stamp challenge. I've been with adventures in stamping on facebook for quit a while and love to see the beautiful manis everyone creates. So today I had time to make an extra special mani for today's challenge which is "leafy"

To achieve this I used essence colour & go irreplaceable, I love this color, its a beautiful nude with gold shimmer. Now I'm almost positive (don't quote me) that this was discontinued, which makes me extremley sad and hope I can get my grubby little hands on extra. For the stamping images I used kleancolor metallic orange, kleancolor metallic green and julep delaunay from the most recent box. I love how this came out and hope you do too!

In other good news, ill be doing a giveaway at 50 followers in celebration of my followers and for getting myself a new laptop finally! I'm uber excited and hope you are too. It will be epic and international;)

Until next time!

Summer lovin', had me a blast!

Hello lovelies! Today I have something special for you. I was looking at Amy's blog, I'm feeling nail-venturous and I found these beautiful swatches from nAiL'DiT unique polish (also known as andeevie) I immediately went to her etsy and quickly bought three of them!

Let me just say, the quality of these polishes is outstanding, and they shipped very quickly. I was very impressed with the uniqueness of these, she has matte glitters as well!

Today I will be showing you Summer Lovin MELON. This is my favorite of the three I got, simply because it looks exaclty like a watermelon! It is loaded with pink, magenta, orange and green glitters along with white bar glitters and the best... black hearts as seeds! This went on with ease, although I did have to dig and place the black hearts but that wasn't an issue for me at all. I layered one coat of summer lovin MELON over 2 coats of OPI gargantuan green grape. I thought this was the perfect combination. And wearing this made me have the grease song stuck in my head (hence the title for today's post ;))

Overall, I highly recommend these polishes, especially for how unique they are! She also has a facebook and at every 100 likes she does a giveaway for her polishes so make sure you check her out!

I hope you enjoy and until next time!
