10-Day Nail Art Challenge: Day 1- Rainbow

Hello beauties & Happy November! Wow, what a month October was, all the wonderful Halloween mani's I saw, and the challenges I participated in. Now, it's time for a new challenge, the November 10-Day Challenge hosted by Erica at Erica's Nails and More. I'm excited for this challenge, as it's similar to the 31DC without having to post everyday.

I had so much fun with today's challenge which is Rainbow. I've had my "glequins" in my nail art box for so long and never knew what to do with them, until now. I started with a base of Sinful Colors- Snow Me white, this was two coats. Then I used a slow drying topcoat (Finger Paints Top Coat) and my dotting tool to pick up the glequins and place them where I wanted. This dubbed to be a little tricky, and my honeycomb pattern definitely needs some work.

I did the honeycomb pattern on my ring finger, and framed my other fingers, I really thought this would be more time consuming then it was, but in all it all took me about 10 minutes! I'm so excited to show these bad boys off.

Will you be starting any challenges this month? I can't wait to see the other challengers nails, and to start some winter themed nails!

Until Next Time!
-Sammi
